Heart Sutra Study
Sumidera Heart Sutra, 8th century Japan (Princeton Art Museum)
Over 10 weeks, we explored practice inspired by the The Heart Sutra (the heart of the Prajñaparamita Sutra), one of the most frequently used and recited text in the entire Mahayana Buddhist tradition. This rich body of practice offers subtle and profound teachings on non-duality and the letting go of preconceived notions, opinions, and attachments, in order to become more open to the wonders of our life.
Registrants who participated can enjoy extended access to these recordings to support your continued practice and study.
