Movement Lab Classes
Development and Discovery through Movement
Join us for weekly classes to explore and train mobility, strength, coordination and embodied awareness. Our diverse and creative approach weaves together the sciences of training with the art of movement in order to improve physical capacity/fitness and to enrich quality of life.
We use a wide array of movement tasks, training tools, locomotive patterns, strength protocols, relational exercises and games to stimulate the body-mind. We cultivate attitudes of curiosity, playfulness and skillful investigation through movement practice.
Movement Lab classes offer challenges and are always presented through a non-competitive, progressive approach. Everyone works at their own pace and everyone is welcome.
We offer several movement lab classes a week, each with a different focus.

Movement Lab: Joint Health – a class to improve joint and tissue function for greater movement ease and efficiency
Movement Lab: Strength & Coordination – a class to develop your resilience and athletic capacity
Movement Lab: Inspire by FM – a class to broaden your movement repertoire and explore the joy of challenging yourself in new, playful and creative ways. This class explores movement through the lens of Fighting Monkey (FM) Practice.

Single classes $30 + HST
4 class pack $100 + HST (90 day expiry)
10 class pack $200 + HST (90 day expiry)
Membership (autopay) $150 + HST/month
